National museum of the italian Risorgimento - Carignano Palace
Located on piazza Carlo Alberto 8 in Turin, it is deeply renewed and offers to visitors state-of-the-art exhibitions and services, from Palazzo Carignano that houses it to the rooms where the collections are displayed. The lights, the colours of the rooms - that were chosen following chromatic codes related to their respective subjects -, and the use of multimedia contributions, offers visitors a unique experience. Italian Risorgimento is narrated not only from the point of view of Turin, Piedmont and Italy, but also from a European point of view. The rooms of the Royal Residences are enriched by some videos showing images from the most important European collections, projected on big screens, and large interactive tables that allow visitors to deepen the themes of the videos.
